Tarif from April to October includes all costs (electricity / bed-linen / towels) and includes the heated swimming pool and spa. From November to end March the swimming pool is closed (exact dates depend on weather conditions), whilst the spa remains open hroughout the year. We will supply a reasonable quantity of logs for the chimney during the winter period. If you wish to reduce costs, you may bring your own bed linen. In high season, (July-August), changeover day is Saturday. Outside of this period, we are happy to explore options on duration of stay, arrival and departure dates and times, and at certain times of the year, we will be happy to discuss special rates, particularly for long stays. On booking, a 20% deposit is requested; final payment is within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday. Deposits/final payments are normally non-refundable - unless we can re-let the villa. You will be asked to provide a security deposit of €800 which will be reimbursed on completion of your stay, assuming the villa and its contents are left as you found them on arrival.
