Owner notes
The two houses can be reserved separately (for up to 8-9 people comfortably each) or together (for up to 18 people) on a weekly basis. Depending on the season the weekly rate is between 1,400 Euros and 2,300 Euros per house, from Saturday to Saturday. September and October both houses can be rented for a minimum of 4 nights starting from any night of the week. This includes full linen and final cleaning. .
Please contact owner if interested in long term off season. off-season rate includes first full-up of gas cylinder for heating. If a further fill-up is required it would be the responsibility of guest. Please discuss with owner. Prices charged are per house.
