Owner notes

to be paid at the time of reservation : 30%  of the rental price and 20% caution (of the rental price) to be paid 30 days before arrival : 70% balance of the rental price. Possible to rent at year base  : price upon request. Balance due one month before arrival.In case of cancelation one month before arrival, the already paid deposit remains due.In case of cancelation after one month before arrival, the full amount will be charged.Security deposit will be refunded. Final cleaning and linnen are not included in the price.
