Owner notes

A 25% deposit is necessary to confirm the booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date.
A €1000 security deposit is also payable with the balance which is fully refundable no later than 2 weeks after departure, subject to damage.
Electricity, gas, water, towels, linen and end of stay cleaning are inclusive in the price.
