Owner notes
Cleaning and linen is included in the price. We can accept payment by PayPal, credit cards, cheque and bank transfer. We are also using the new booking manager which offers good rates through PayPal. Please ask for details. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the remainder needs to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday along with a refundable deposit of £300.00. The deposit will be returned (excluding any PayPal fees and transaction fees) within 15 days of your departure from the villa subject to any damage or breakages. Changeover day is Saturday but in the low season we can be flexible. The minimum stay during the low season is 4 nights. The pool is open from the 1st May to the 30th September. Hopefully you will not have to cancel your holiday but in the the event that you have to, we will try and re-book the villa for the same price. In which case we will be able to refund any payments you may have already made.
