Owner notes

We are renters for 17 years, all our prices are given for 20 people all included    gaz , electricity free (except in winter time),water pool maintenance, on arrival you will have to pay  final cleaning 200€; +  and  linen ( if needed ) 20*€ pp bed ( linen +2 towels.) local taxes2,09€ p p /p day paid only by adults above 18 years old if not already paid on the website ,  very quiet environment,Noiseless .We are pleased to welcome large families, groups with children and even animals are welcome and happy here ,your children will be in a safe and secure place. We are pleased to have been chosen by   all sports groups, cycle French team, sails Australian team, international rugby players, swimming team from Switzerland, etc etc.
