This villa was everything we hoped for! Large enough for two family groups to relax and have fun but also have to our own space. The décor is a bit dated but we loved it's quirky charm. Three bathrooms and five bedrooms were all clean and well stocked with towels and bed linen. Only the two sitting areas were air conditioned (that's why not rated as excellent) but we were aware of this at the time of booking. There were fans in every bedroom upon request. There were plenty of seating areas both inside and out and the kitchen was well equipped ( we had an issue with a few persistent ants but the rental agency sent someone around with some spray which seemed to work) A barbecue was also available for us to use but it wasn't the best piece of equipment and took an awfully long time for our sausages to sizzle!!! We ate out most days as it is only a 10-15 minute walk to a lovely selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The 'Scubar,' literally at the end of the road was a good place to wet our whistles after a walk back from town! The pool was a perfect size for us all to have either a good splash around, float about on an airbed or swim a few lengths. All in all a fabulous place to stay and our only regret is that we didn't book for two weeks instead of one!

This was suppose to be our dream holiday we talked about it nearly every day about how we could sit out side enjoy bbqs have long chats into the night not have to spend lots eating out what we got was an ant infested death trap I know the laws are not the same in Spain as the UK but I would expect some kind of fire alarm next part death trap if there was a fire and the people upstairs couldn't get out downstairs your basically going to be trapped up stairs as all the windows had bars on there is a metal gate upstairs but there is no key for it and the owners have covered the lock hole up with tape I did take the tape off and try every key but nope there wasn't one so if you book this place try not to sleep up stairs plus you wouldn't want to any way as the bedrooms upstairs have no aircon they provide you with fans but they just blow hot heat around it's like an oven up there. Next we seen a review about ants and fought they wouldn't be too bad how wrong was we the place is crawling with them upstairs bathroom was infested as was the kitchen and garden area including the pool you couldn't leave any think out even when we put things in the cupboard they where in there so we had to do a bit of shopping for bread every day but we couldn't eat in the villa or have bbq as planned as the ants where straight onto every think I'm not kidding it's riddled with them the Oweners are not soft they know there there so why not get some one in to sort the problem out.this absolutely wrecked our dream holiday the owners should be ashamed of them selfs we had to spend lots of money eating out every day for lunch and dinner location was great but I would avoid this place I just wish the ants would of to

The Villa itself was Fantastic. We stayed for ten days with 4 adults and two children. The rooms and terrace are Spacious and had fresh linen, towels and fruit upon arrival. The Pool was Lovely and cleaned about three times during our stay. We even left our Lilo's for the next guests. The children had to have floats as there are only side steps and it is deep but we knew this when booking our stay. The only two negatives we had were one of the downstairs bathrooms we did not use / could not use due to the smell of the drains. This is something that may need looking into. Luckily there is a second bathroom on the ground floor. The other problem we all had were the amount of Ants on the terrace and outside furniture. Although this is not something the owners can not help it may be worth then putting some ant powder / repellant around the terrace. All of the family have been bitten terribly during our stay. My son in law has over 60 bites and my grandchild has come home with them. We were told in the resort they were Ant bites rather than mosquitoes. All in all we had a great stay. The Villa is in a quiet area with great views and about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Santa Ponsa.

The Villa was everything it said it would be. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and a small beach very close. Santa Ponsa beach and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Only sad thing was, that there were thieves inside the house while we were sleeping. Our fault not locking the front door, though the main gates were locked.. So just be more carefull than us and I bet you´ll love your stay at Villa Marta :)

This Villa is as advertised. Very spacious in a quiet yet convenient location. The decor is quite 'unusual,' with a cork tile walled bedroom, one bedroom with orange walls and orange silk sheets with pink curtains etc. another bedroom with some yellow and some purple walls etc. The bathrooms have recently been modernised and the property is clean, with very good outside space. There is enough space for a large family or large group of friends, and due to the bedrooms being over two floors, you can either escape from your children (or parents).

Really enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised that the description on TA for this property was spot on. It was very spacious, very private and in a lovely residential area which was very close to a small sandy beach. The customer service from the property company in charge was also very good. Would definitely book again!
