From the moment we step foot on the island Tim, Bo and the rest of the team were great. They clearly communicated how we should get to the villa and what we were to do on arrival. Tim was patient enough to sit through a little showround of the house (security, taxis and local area) with 12 girls before he left us to our own mischief. On hand to help out throughout the whole stay and even gifted our birthday girl with a cheeky bottle of fizz! The house itself is spacious, clean and beautiful (made for some great Instagram pictures) would highly recommend. We loved the fact it was in a quieter area of the island as it meant we could chill out after getting in at 6am before heading over to the Mercodona less than 5 minutes away for some food. Can't rate this enough! Will definitely come back!

The villa is very spacious and housed 12 people very comfortably. It is located within 10mins from the airport, 10mins from Ibiza Town and a walks distance from a supermarket. It is situated in close proximity to other rental properties but even with this in mind the area is very quiet, specially at night. The villa is super light and airy which helps as there is no air-con, however, each room is provided with fans. The property managing team were incredibly helpful and welcoming and were available around the clock if needed. They offered a welcome pack which had some great suggestions on things to do. We opted for a private chef for an afternoon BBQ which went down a treat and in fact booked him again, the food and the service was fantastic to say the least. Overall, a great stay!
