Had a week here and would recommend this place to anybody. Well equipped quality house with every amenity. Even got to watch BBC2 Wales rugby on Friday evening!

You can stop researching, you've just found a fantastic villa in probably the best location in Moirara! In our opinion!! This is a very comfortable villa, managed by a lovely lady, and you are right between Moraira town (5mins to the marina) and the beautiful bay of El Portet (10 mins) in a quiet cul-de-sac. We appreciated the superb furniture on the verandah, great wifi, decent tv, lovely pool and the fantastic location. The snack and drinks were a lovely welcome touch. One bedroom and ensuite is downstairs and two bedrooms each with their own ensuite upstairs, the showers were great. All in all, a perfect holiday villa, we will definitely book again!

As a family we have been taking holidays in Moraira for over 30 years and have rented a number of Villa's in that time. This one rates up there with the best of them! Excellent location between Moraira Town Centre and El Portet beach. Comfortable accommodation, very well equipped and the welcome pack provided by Sue was a nice touch not found in most 'lets' unless you pay for it. We will definitely be booking again and would recommend without hesitation!

This was our second stay at this splendid villa and we enjoyed it as much as last year. It really has everything you could wish for. Wonderful shaded terrace beside a very good pool. This place is good for children as they are easily observed from the terrace. Its equally good for 'grown up's'with air con, TV and fully equipped kitchen. It's only a 5 minute walk into Moraira passing the beautiful view of the marina on the way

We have stayed at loads of villas in and around this area and this villa was by far and away the best. The situation of the villa was excellent within easy reach of the town and beach. The villa was very well equipped and well furnished. The pool and terrace were great. Sue the manager was helpful and always available.

Everything was just great. There was no problem with getting the key and finding the villa. The owner of the villa was very nice and helpful. The villa itself is lovely, clean and comfortable to live in. As to location-one can never dream of a better one. It is within walking distance to the seaside (cliffy beach, 10 min walk to a sandy one) as well as to the town centure (shops and restaurants). There are several beaches nearby, and we used car to get to them, just because it was rather hot for a walk during the day. Moraira is really the best choice in the area, and the we would love to return to the villa again sometime in the near future.

The villa is spacious, well appointed with a large swimming pool. We didn't find anything that was missing and would recommend it to anyone. The area is beautiful and one of the best locations any of us had stayed in Spain in the past. I would say it might be difficult to keep children between the ages of 12 and 16 entertained however if your teenagers are old enough to walk into town themselves (both less than 10 minutes and completely safe with good pavements) then you are fine. Less than 12 and the pool is great as are the 2 beaches within easy walking distance. The one thing that makes this area stand out is the availability of good food again within easy walking distance with a number of really good restaurants our favourite being Le Dauphin (try to get a table outside for sunset) which whilst being a little expensive is well worth it.

Our second visit to Mar de Flores and it won't be our last.The villa is superb in every respect.One of the best features is its location.. So easy to walk into Moraira and sample the many great restaurants..lots more than when we last visited.Returning to the comfort of this gorgeous villa was always a highlight

A truly fabulous place. Really comfy beds (most important for me) with en suite facilities. Plenty of really good sitting and eating areas both inside and out. Lovely to sit around the pool and BBQ but when 'forced' to venture into town delighted to find that it was just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. Hope to return again soon.

What a stunning villa, normally we book hotels but decided to take the plunge and book a villa. We loved this place so much we've rebooked for later in the year. It has everything you could need, great pool, outdoor BBQ, really comfy and spotlessly clean. First time in Moraira , it has lots of great restaurants within walking distance of the villa, can't wait to return.
