this villa is perfect for large familes even with young kids. there is plenty of space to sleep (they even supplied extra mattresses). the pool is the best part, its huge, and goes from shallow on one end to deep on the other so perfect for the kids and the adults. the house is fully gated so its completely private and no one walking on the outside will be able to look into your pool area which was a great perk. the beach is a 15 minute walk away and is amazing, there are plenty of activities to do such as watersports, beach volleyball, there is even a bouncy castle on the ocean, which the kids will go crazy for. i recommend you wake up early one of the days and go see the sunrise at the beach, the sun rises from behind a mountain and is absoloutely stunning. there is also a waterpark right next to the villa aswell (15 min walk). theres a burger king, a club and plenty of lounges near by and a street filled with shops selling beach essentials is close by too. we werent disturbed by the villa owners at all they left us with complete privacy which was nice and the representative we met was very kind and helpful.

I was part of a party of 6 who stayed in this villa in June this summer, so this review is slightly late. The property is fantastic, the owner came out a couple of times when we had minor problems, and he resolved them quickly. We also visited both his restaurants in Alcudia and he made us feel very welcome on both occasions. The pool was nice and deep, and the bedrooms were of a good standard apart from one of the downstairs room, which imo isn't fit for people to sleep in . All in all we enjoyed our stay at this villa ! The pool is great for the little children and the location is peaceful. Luckily we didn't need all bedrooms since one was in poor condition and smelled stuffy. Bedrooms in upstairs were neat and roomy. It was a little bit strange that there was dishwasher but no detergent or any other cleaning supplies.

My girlfriend and I, along with 2 other couples stayed in this villa in the last 2 weeks in June. It was brilliant, one of the best holidays I have been on and I owe it all to this villa! It's in a superb quiet location. The villa itself is very roomy, one of the bedrooms even had a walk in wardrobe, which probably made the holiday for my girlfriend. The kitchen was just the right size and you had a choice of eating outside in the shade or in the sun, this villa also has a big dining room should you want to eat in. The pool was just the right size, the sunbating area was positioned just perfect so the beds and the pool got the sun no matter what time it was, making the pool really warm if you wanted a midnight dip. The sun was never hidden behind another building. There is also places for shade in the villa if you wanted that. Another bonus was the free wifi! This enabled me to brag to my friends about my private pool and 30 degree heat while they wallowed in self pity over there 5 degree summer and rainy days. There is a spar just across the bridge and down a little road in very easy walking distance to stock up on supplies. The also don't give you a funny look if you're buying a 6 pack of San Miguel at 8am. More the reason to enjoy your holiday! The owner came out to greet us when we arrived and was an extremely kind and friendly man, he has 2 restaurants in Alcudia that were both stunning and made us feel extremely welcome! All in all, this villa is amazing, I have never experienced holiday blues quite as bad as what I am having now; so much so that I am going to be late for work if I don't stop writing this review soon. If you're looking for a villa in Alcudia, do yourself a favor and book this villa, 3 couples enjoyed this villa and I am 100% positive that a family with kids will have just the same amount of fun as we did. Probably the best holiday I have had!

5 Adults and 3 children spent a week at this villa. We where met by the management who showed us around, they where very helpful and accommodating. We found the villa to be very spacious and comfortable. It felt very private, secure and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, the water park and the beach. Everything was in walking distance. The villa had fantastic facilities, although the pool was not fenced off and therefore had to keep a watchful eye on the younger children, there was 2 life jacket/ float vest provided, ideal for a 3 year old and 5 year old. The pool and garden area received the sun all day and early evening, although there was a canopy area for those who wish to be in the shade. Would gladly go back at stay there again, and would highly recommend to anyone going with a large family and children.

Stayed in Villa S’Anfora for 10 days. There were 7 of us and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. Ideal location if you are not hiring a car as the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk (the marina area is a further 10 minute walk along the seafront) and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The owners have two local restaurants and we went to eat in one of them during our stay - the food was superb and they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. There is a lovely pool in the garden and the option to barbecue outdoors or indoors. Wifi was also available and this was newly installed so an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this villa.
