Ideally located villa close to shops and restaurants in Cala D'or and yet still feeling quite enough, away from the main hustle and bustle. Perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. The villa is very well looked after with all the things that you would need for a family for a short or extended stay with fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. Rooms are large / spacious and the fantastic photos are exactly what you get, first class accommodation. There is an excellent outside area for dining and relaxing, watching the boats come in and out with a lovely heated pool to keep the children and adults entertained and cooled down if the weather gets too warm. The owners are exceptionally helpful and readily available on the end of a phone, and the whole booking and arrival process one of the smoothest and reassuring we've had using this kind of holiday website.

My family and I had an absolutely superb stay. The villa was bright, modern and comfortable - as well as luxurious. Ideally situated down a quiet road with beautiful views but still within a few minutes stroll of all bars, restaurants, marina etc. We will not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Saw this villa on a website and immediately thought this will be perfect for my party of 10 (inc 2 small children). It doesn't disappoint in anyway - bedrooms a good size, huge open plan living/kitchen area, large outdoor area, and great pool. It has everything you will need for a great stay. Out of the villa the bars, restaurants (of which there are many good ones), shops, beach, marina are no more than a 5 minute walk. The owner Mark couldn't have been more helpful when I had a couple of queries. Would recommend this to anyone.

This Villa has everything you need for an excellent holiday. The location is within walking distance of the beach, beach bars, bars , restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the stunning marina. The villa offers excellent value for money and is furnished to a very high standard. It is spotlessly cleaned and the pool and gardens are immaculate.

We spent 9 nights at this beatiful villa, its location is perfect . We walked to the beach within minutes, we walked to the Harbour within minutes & the town is only a few more minutes away. The villa is exceptionally clean with a white contemporary feel. It's comfortably stylish . No expense has been spared and attention to detail is superb.

It was clear from our first visit that the owners have gone to great lengths to provide a well equipped, spacious, beautifully designed and furnished home away from home. The location is just superb, with fine restaurants and shops nearby. We have stayed in many villas in Cala D'or over the past 15 years and this is by far our favourite. It is situated in an unspoilt part of the town next to the old boat yards and reputedly, the oldest building in Cala D'Or . That said, everything is still a very short walk away. By day, we could lounge by the pool overlooking the marina and enjoy the use of all the facilities including the BBQ area , or a short stroll away we could enjoy Cala D'Or Beach and the many local restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Most of the local beaches have gorgeous beach bars and cafes, all reasonably priced. There are many activities should you feel energetic including cycling, horse riding, boat rentals, scuba diving and snorkelling, paddle boarding and kayaking. On our last trip we hired a power boat from the Marina for four hours. We hired the boat with a helmsman. He was very friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable and took us up the coast to the most beautiful coves and caves with crystal clear water where we dropped anchor and swam and snorkelled. We took a packed lunch and dropped anchor in the waters next to beautiful old town of Cala Figuera, it was a wonderful memorable day out. A typical evening was spent at the villa enjoying a gin and tonic from the comfy chairs by the pool, watching the beautiful yachts come in to the marina to moor up. Afterwards, we would wander over to the bar at the boutique style 'Fowlers Hotel,' for a Strawberry Daquiri or Singapore Sling, it is almost opposite the villa and has spectacular views over Cala D'Or marina. This was followed by a walk to the waterside restaurants passing by the stunning moored yachts and motorboats. The choice of restaurants is endless and the locals are very friendly often remembering us by name and even our favourite tipple! We have visited this beautifully appointed villa three times already this year and will be returning as soon as time and funds allow! We found the owner very obliging and very helpful with the booking process and has a vast knowledge of the area; definitely worth asking for advice on the best restaurants etc if you have never been to this beautiful part of Majorca before.
