When we arrived at the airport we rang Sergio the agent who said he would meet us there. We made it up to the villa in good time (we had a sat nav which without I think we would have took us ages to find). Sergio wasn't there but he gave us the number key to the gate and he arrived about 5 minutes later. He was very friendly and gave us some very good tips about local supermarkets and the nearest beaches. The villa and grounds surrounding it was excellent. We had a few minor problems with a couple of leaking showers but a phone call to Sergio and he sorted it out very quick. It is a new build and you have to expect a few minor problems. The villa is on the edge of Muro and you can hear cockerels and sheep with bells round their necks while round the pool but once inside the villa you don't hear them. The same can be said of the air planes passing overhead. We were a family of 10 and about half of us couldn't get a phone signal and the villa's WiFi was very poor. I loved this as the younger kids actually had to talk to us! There is not a lot going on in Muro but there are a few restaurants and the nearest one might not look that great from the outside but is very good. They made us so welcome and the WiFi was excellent. A taxi to Alcudia cost about 18 euros and about 15 euros to Can Picafort which I think was better. The villa has separate air conditioning in every bedroom and living area but we found it to be a cool villa and only put it on occasionally. There was a small gecko that we kept seeing in the bath and a few ants outside but you have to expect that. The villa was great if you want a great time with friends/family and I would have no hesitation on going back however if you want to be near the night life I wouldn't recommend it. I would have liked plastic glasses for use round the pool.

We have just returned from the most fantastic week, the Villa was everything we wished it could be. Our one minor concern was not having a kettle (there was 2 different coffee machines), but being British we survive on Tea! Within an hour a new kettle was delivered with huge apologies. I could not recommend them more.

Spent a week at this Country Villa with extended family, we were 6 adults and four children.. We were greeted by Sergio the agent, who was very very helpful, gave us tips of where to go to the beach and where to shop. Must say it was all easy accessible. We were only the second people to stay there. All rooms well equipped, walk in showers, very good for someone with disability. The children spent from morning till evening in the pool while the adults lounged round the pool The evening sunsets were spectacular with the mountain backdrop, loved it. Would highly recommend it to anybody.
