We travelled with a four year old and just under two year old. The balcony was not safe with stairs down to the pool and sheer drops off the side of the staircase so we had to guard them at all times which wasn't relaxing. Also inside the steps had to be closed off with use of dining chairs to make it safe. This would be more suited to older family groups. Only 4 of us arrived at the beginning of a two week holiday and another 3 after 5 days. We knew there was only one bed change as per details but needs to be more. Unfortunately as we didn't arrive at the same time no one looked downstairs to see if anyone else had arrived therefore they had no bed change nor towel change for 9 days! The floor was not very clean and no cleaning took place in two weeks, the pool was attended to much more frequently. Situated in a good area close to everything. I think it will be very hot in the height of summer as very hot now as no air conditioning. Otherwise traditional Majorcan villa with all the utensils needed for self catering.
