Excellent The location is amazing - with a stunning view loads to do lots of places to go and eat and drink would love to stay again

The villa is very spacious, mod cons and very clean. Lovely traditional decor, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Wonderful terraces with an outdoor kitchen where you can relax and watch the yachts go by. Pool and garden was great. Everything in good working order. The location was brilliant right by the marina but only a short walk to the centre of Cala d'Or. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again.

Couldn't agree more with the two previous reviews. The views were absolutely amazing from all balconies but especially from the comfort of the covered balcony. It was great to just sit & watch all the boats passing to & from the marina & listening to the waves lapping day & evening. The villa is very spacious both indoors & the outside areas. We loved the fact that there were many places to sit outside with plenty of shade if wanted. The villa itself had a very 'Spanish' feel in the choice of furniture, ornaments & pictures. Even as we are nearing the end of a busy season the villa was spotlessly clean. Some of the improvements we felt it could do with like a more modern kitchen will be done in a couple of months. That will be a vast improvement to the villa as would maybe modernising the bathrooms. It's easily within walking distance to the marina, a bit hilly which might be a deterrent if you are old or with young children. There is a vast amount of restaurants & bars to choose from in the beautiful marina. There's a supermarket within walking distance & a few further afield if you have a car. The town of Cala d'Or is also walkable if a little further in distance than the marina. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and would love to come back to visit in the future.

Owner sent great directions from Palma. On arrival villa was spotlessly clean. Doors opened out onto a wonderful covered terrace where we sat and ate overlooking the coming and going of boats into the marina. The three spacious bedrooms each had their own bathroom and the two at the top had doors opening out onto more terraces. Pool area was a delight. Easy short walk to the centre of Cala Dor or the restaurants of the marina. Highly recommend.

The views from the villa were fantastic, couldn't get better. There was everything you needed if you chose to stay in and cook. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and night life and more restaurants overlooking the beautiful harbour. You don't need to hire a car, you can book a taxi from the airport and would be much cheaper. We made great use of the pool and an added bonus of having wi-fi in the villa. Would love to go back. Location was great. We were sad to leave, best views we've had.
