We rented the villa for two nights for a surprise birthday party for our friend. The size of the villa was perfect for our group of 18 people and it rarely felt overcrowded. The bedrooms and sleeping areas were perfectly comfortable and the bathroom/shower facilities had a very contemporary feel to them. The garden to the rear of the villa was the showpiece of the property and the artificial grass, flowers and general surroundings were pact with beautiful rich colours. This then lead up to a large swimming pool which then lead onto an amazing havana and seating area which included an outside bar with fridge and a rustic BBQ stove. The location was just a short walk from the port (literally 5 minutes) which was ideal for supermarket runs etc. All in all I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is thinking of staying in Port d'Andratx. There had been plenty of effort gone into making our weekend a pleasant one. The owners had even left complimentary bottles of champagne in the fridges of the rooms which was a very nice touch!! Would recommend to all.

I stayed with my family in this lovely villa house only 5 mins walk away from the marina and beach area in Port D'Andratx. The owners are very helpfull and kind. Since the beginning the communication was excellent, answering all our queries and questions. The facilities and amenities at the property are fantastic. Modern and spacious kitchen to make our days easier, new beds, comfy and fresh bed linens. The interior of the property is lovely, however anyone will agree that the real garden and the private pool is a lovely spot to spend the day relaxing and chilling up. We are already planning our next visit!

From the moment we pulled up on the drive, we were met with a warm welcome. The house was pristine, the pool equally so: it was exactly as pictured on the photographs. The pool terrace area by candlelight is a definite must!! Access to local facilities and towns is a great bonus, being a 5 minute walk to the main port and a 15 minute drive to Palma Nova. We are definitely hoping to return next year and would recommend it to anyone: families, couples or friends. Thank you for making our stay special.

We had a lovely week with our 7 month year old son and two friends. The villa is split into two apartments the top being air-conned, the below with fans. The pool was cleaned 3 times whilst there and garden tended, There are BBQ facilites both at the villa and by the pool which also has a fridge. There's no instruction manuals for all the applicances (think of it and they'll have it) but the owners are very friendly and helped with wifi passwords etc. If you're looking for a relaxing break in the fantastic Andratx area this will be hard to beat.
