We were a big group of 14 students from Holland and we enjoyed a lot our stay , the swimming pool is fantastic, the villa is fantastic, the place is fantastic. The AC is powerfull, the sun is very strong and we enjoyed a lot .

Tres belle Villa, Tres grande piscine. BBQ, Tres grande table exterieure, 4 chambres, un bureau transformable en chambre, un salon, une salle a manger, et de grandes places exterieures. TV Satellite. J'etais avec mon boyfriend et mes copines avec leur boyfriend et tout le monde a beaucoup apprecie. Wifi aussi.

My team and I were on business in Spain and decided to spend some days before getting back here in NZ. We enjoyed fast replies as well as flexibility from landlord ; he often did so within an hour while daytime as a real professional. We also really appreciated the kindness of his representative on site who proved himself very helpful ! The place itself is really quiet and well furnished for a few fellows ; definitely a good choice to relax ! Prices are affordable and we could also make some practice at the 18-holes Golf course nearby (Capdepera) but best rent cars to get there. Shane

Hicimos la reserva en Febrero para pasar una noche en Junio. Antes de realizar la reserva, le preguntamos al propietario si sería posible quedarnos en la casa el día de salida hasta las 20h, a lo cuál contestó que sí; motivo por el cuál decidimos realizar la reserva. Una vez realizada la reserva volvimos a reconfirmarlo con él (un total de 3 veces). el dueño se encuentra en Alemania, y quien se encarga de dar la cara, y entregar las llaves, es un señor francés que vive en Mallorca, el cuál es muy amable y servicial. El día de salida, mientras estábamos comiendo, llegó un grupo de chicos que tenían confirmado a través de Booking, su entrada a partir de las 16h, habiéndonos confirmado el propietario a nosotros que podíamos estar hasta las 20h. Inmediatamente nos pusimos en contacto con Airbnb, ya que hicimos la reserva con ellos, y les contamos los hechos, motivo por el cuál ellos contactaron con el propietario. Acto seguido el propietario nos escribió ofreciéndonos quedarnos una noche más y el precio de la misma. Es vergonzoso que, no sólo haya confirmado una salida tardía, teniendo otra reserva, sino después, ofrecer una noche más, sabiendo que los chicos de la otra reserva ya se encontraban en la casa. Estábamos celebrando una despedida de soltera, y nos obligó a tener que terminar antes de tiempo, ya que teníamos unos planes que fueron imposibles de realizar sin tener una casa en la que hacerlos, y por si fuera poco, al día siguiente nos escribió diciendo que en ningún momento había confirmado la salida tardía, aunque tenemos todos los mensajes guardados. Lo peor es, que sabemos, ya que una de las personas que se encarga de dar la cara por él, nos confirmó que no es la primera vez que algo así sucede. A pesar de que la casa es preciosa, no recomendamos nada alojarse aquí, ya que la forma de organizar las entradas y salidas de la casa no son las correctas. Esta casa se merece un propietario que esté a su altura, y no solape inquilinos de esta manera, ya que la casa es preciosa.
Response from the owner this client was not authorized to stay after lunch, and pretended to stay until 5 pm , finally they left at 8 pm, and the funny point is that they were only girls, and the next group arriving at 6 pm was only boys. According to the manager of the house, they had big fun, and enjoyed. but after they left ( they had booked on airbnb and not on tripadvisor so i do not understand why they posted on tripadvisor) they asked for money that i refused. Everything is strange. Bad comments, money request and why not posting on airbnb when they could have posted on airbnb ? reason because airbnb would have seen that the agreement was not what they pretend.

Days that I would not forget have been spent in this lovely place. Thanks to the owner who made it very accommodating by providing all the necessary means. This would be a place that I would love to visit again and again and again ....... The next time I will bring in a crowd to enjoy what I have and make the moments more memorable .. Abdullah Bahrain
