“Pas à la hauteur!!!”

Location de fin de saison: rien ne fonctionnait correct Pas d'eau chaude, personne pour vous accueillir, beaucoup de temps pour récupérer la caution, odeur de moisi au RDC ..et j'en passe Verres trop grands pour le lave vaisselle.. Les photos sont trompeuses Il manque vraiment quelqu'un sur place pour tout vérifier, dommage

We rented the villa for three families to share with children from 6 to 16. There was plenty of room and the two separate lounges worked brilliantly. The pool was excellent and the kids loved it and the garden area is well tended too. The villa has all the necessary facilities and equipment. Air conditioning is extra but it was worth payng for in the middle of August. The villa is in a quiet residential area and althought the walk into Denia is only 20 mins it is a bit of a climb back up. We tried quite a few restaurants and enjoyed the marina/harbour. Scott, the owner, and Julie were very helpful with questions before hand and during our stay. We would defintely book this villa again if we were looking for a large property to accomodate family groups.

Really pleased with this booking and Villa , Owner Scott very nice and helpful before we left offering advice on car hire and location. Beautiful large villa enough to accommodate 12 people. Lovely layout and spacious. Denia is a stunning place with great harbour and restaurants , very friendly place . Will return , highly recommend !

We were looking for a large villa to suit a group of family and friends & this was perfect! It has a beautiful pool and sunbathing area, a separate flat downstairs with it's own entrance and living accommodation which was great for us, a large terrace up some lovely steps with BBQ and plenty of seating for outdoor dining, fabulous views, and a large open plan kitchen / dining area & living room upstairs which was lovely! It had everything you could wish for in a large villa and catered for all our needs! The villa was really large and well maintained, and the location was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!
