Our family of four (two adults and two teens) stayed here for two weeks, booked via owners direct. The villa was spotlessly clean we arrived, the pool was lovely and the four big soft sun loungers, parasol and spacious terrace with plenty of shade ensured we were comfortable throughout. Pedro popped in to make sure we were OK, and the pool and garden team made sure our surroundings stayed tidy and clean. The kitchen had enough crockery, pans and cutlery to cope with our holiday cooking (burgers, fajitas, cereal, bread/ham/cheese/salad lunch), and we also used the barbecue which is very well designed with a chimney so you can cook without tears. And a dishwasher so you can clear up without tears too. The beds were comfortable and fans were provided to help us sleep in the hot, still nights. It was nice to have off-street parking and wifi too. The hot water was plentiful, although you need to be careful in the bathrooms as the shower curtain and splash guard round the bath need to be arranged in the right way so as not to get the floor too wet. But that's easy enough. It is worth mentioning that the location is very good in a peaceful spot within walking distance of a dozen restaurants, two supermarkets (we liked Spar best) which sell fresh bread and pastries, and a few nice souvenir and clothing / jewelry shops. A beach is also walkable - very close by, though small - but you can drive to numerous other beaches and market towns in less than half an hour. We also rented a small boat in Cala d'Or for half a day which was fun. I would not recommend coming here with small children as the glass in the internal and external doors is not toughened. This is in line with regulations and explained very clearly in the villa manual, but you only really see this when you arrive. When we left Pedro and Antonia were on time to check the villa so that we could get off to the airport to schedule, and returned our deposit in full. All in all a very professional, friendly service. We had a great holiday. I would definitely consider coming here again.
