“Lovely villa, great gardens and pool”

Reviewed 8 Aug 2016

A fantastic villa, with great pool and gardens which suited our group of two families, with 5 under 8's perfectly. Child friendly, very clean with everything you would need at hand. David and Christine were fantastic to have near by if needed and most welcoming. We would definitely recommend this villa, and hope to go back at some point.

“Wonderful stay”

Reviewed 26 Oct 2015

We have just returned from a fortnight in this lovely villa. We have stayed in many villas over the years and this was without doubt one of the best. The villa itself is beautifully arranged and furnished. It is comfortable and homely too with plenty of different areas to relax and to enjoy the many facilities on offer. The poo,l although getting chilly at this time of year, was a good size and "was fine once you were in!!" There was so much to occupy all ages and the gardens which wrap around the villa are just glorious with little nooks and crannies, lizards and places to sit in sun or shade all the day. Inside the villa flows and is so attractive with colour coordinated bedding and curtains, plenty of wardrobe space and room to spread out. The huge lounge which has a TV end and a beautiful bay window where you can relax on the sofa or rocking chairs to read, take in the view or just doze. There is a purpose built bbq area and a lovely undercover seating area which in the heat of the summer would be perfect. The kitchen is also well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, It is not far from the Arenal beach( 5minutes by car) and Javea is extremely well served with supermarkets and the weekly Thursday market is certainly worth a visit. A beautiful villa with helpful but unobtrusive owners living next door so if there was anything you needed they would be on hand. I think we would all recommend Media Luna as a perfect holiday destination.

“Absolutely wonderful”

Media Luna is a wonderful place to stay, clean spacious and well equipped. The gardens are stunning and well maintained as is the property itself. The villa is in a great location and having David and Christine next door was really handy. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful villa with something for everyone, first rate!”

The villa was spotlessly clean both inside and out. Everything had been thought of for a great holiday. Beautiful garden with loads of different shaded areas for relaxing. Our kids never got board - table tennis, table football, pool table and various other outside games kept them amused when they were not in the pool. Even had two big TV's inside with with Xbox and Wii U, so we were able to relax whilst they where playing. We would recommend this villa.

“Nice, really, really nice”

Reviewed 22 Apr 2014

We arrived here last night,a little tired, after a day travelling. David, our host who lives next door, was very friendly and showed us round quickly. The place is a credit to him and his wife. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden and pool are well kept. The barbecue area is well constructed. This is more a home than a holiday letting and it is very handy having the owner next door when needed, but otherwise unobtrusive. This is a villa To which I would return and indeed be happy to recommend to anyone. Off to explore soon.

“Simply the best”

We stayed for 14 days in Sept/Oct 13. What can I say, just brilliant. The villa is vast - fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, games etc., furnished very well, the garden and the pool are great and the owners are were kind and helpful. The photos don't show how nice it really is. I recommend having a car. It would be a bit of a trek to the Arinall 20 mins. Only 5 by car. But as we drove from the airport we had one anyway. The garden was beautiful lovely flowers. Beautiful views of the mountain from the lounge and kitchen. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it. The owners who lived next door never interfered but were always there if help or advice were needed, would love to go there again.

“The perfect place for relaxing holiday”

Reviewed 2 Jan 2012

We stayed in this phantastic villa for 10 days in August 2011. The place is amasing - fully equiped with all needed, including dishwasher, washing machine, games etc., furnished very well, the garden and the pool are great and the owners are very kind and helpful. We were 5 adults plus teenager and 2 years old baby and there was more than enough space for everyone of us. Actually, the place is much better than the pics can show. I must say that it's highly recommended to have a car there, the only restaurant close enough in a walking distance is a sort of gourmet restaurant and all good supermarkets, places to eat and sandy beach are in 10-15 minutes driving. Having a car is advisable for another good reason, too: Benidorm is in 30-40 km and there are some phantastic theme parks there - Mundomar, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia.

“This villa is absolutely brilliant we enjoyed every minute in it.”

There was eight of us staying here. It was so spacious we were never under each others feet. The garden was beautiful such lovely flowers. The villa itself was brilliant so clean and it contained everything you would want. When you got up in the morning and went into the livingroom what a beautiful view of the mountain. We all loved it here and would definately recommend it and would love to go there again without any hesitation. The owners lived next door and were very helpful if you wanted to know anything but bothered us.
