The villa had everything that we needed. And because it was 'rustic' rather than plush we felt at home straight away and settled into a relaxing week in beautiful Mallorca. The villa is spacious with lots of room to sit outside. The pool is great - clean yet without too many chemicals - good to have a proper swim as well as for playing in. Air conditioning helpful for restful sleep. Staff who were available locally were friendly, unobtrusive and yet accessible when we needed to contact them.

This villa is in a prime, scenic location in the north of Mallorca but, unfortunately , requires modernisation and substantial maintenance to the house and grounds. We found the following: * Grubby, unhygienic kitchen worktops and floors - cooker and hob filthy and stinking of grease * Dirty bathroom facilities and floor, including broken toilet seat * Cupboard and drawer handles and light switches in all rooms grubby and sticky * Some doors and shutters not closing and locking properly * The grounds, except for the pool area, largely derelict with junk and rubble dumped everywhere * Pool fairly unsightly and needing some grouting and refurbishment * Bedrooms and lounge were okay - but the whole place is very tired and needs substantial investment and TLC to justify the rents charged This is by far the worst property we have rented in the last 30years. The owner has been informed, but disputes our findings - we doubt the very necessary improvements will be made
