PRICES INCLUDE -Cleaning, all utilities eg gas, electric, water etc. For a weekend ( short stay) . If a mid week villa clean is required , this will be at an extra charge. A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 2months prior to arrival together with a &300 refundable security deposit against damage.Long term winter lets available please enquire about rates.
