Owner notes

A non refundable  deposit of £500 is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations charges, more than 8 weeks -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hour on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure  is any day in the high season. Check in time is 4pm departure time 10am. please note we do not accept late arrivals

an extra £75 for the pool heating in the winter months
