**Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required , to be refunded within 14 days of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 

**Customers making a booking pay a deposit of 25% in order to confirm a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. For bookings within 8 weeks of arrival date, payment is required in full at the time of booking.
