Wundervolle Villa mit atemberaubender Sicht aufs Meer. Die Fotos sind autentisch. Ruhig und doch nahe Sant Antony. Wir haben unsere Ferien hier genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Der Eigentümer hat sich mit der Einrichtung viel Mühe gegeben und uns herzlich empfangen, auch Tips zur Umgebung abgegeben. Wirklich empfehlenswert! In der Küche alles vorhanden ausser einem Backofen, welchen wir schliesslich im Sideboard stehend gefunden haben. Die Waschmaschine ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Sonst alles einwandfrei.

Contact right from the start from Gregory the owner was great and very helpful. The villas location is wonderful and it is very well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and visit again.

Communication from the start of booking was excellent with Gregory the owner, everything was as described. Although we didn't use the 3rd bedroom (lower ground floor), it would of made a great place for the grandparents to stay next time The views were amazing, and would happily sit out to watch the sunset. One evening was cold (for Ibiza standards in October) so that evening we lit the fire in the out door snug area. The pool was kept really clean and was quite usable for the time of year. It was a great location on the hills just to the north of San Antonio, although you could walk to San Antonio, having a young family we decided to drive. Having a separate fridge for the food & drink was a good idea. Would very strongly recommend, with Gregory a great host full of local knowledge. Enjoy!

We stayed at the villa Off Season end of October, we enjoyed the cozy snug lounge area and fireplace and also being surrounded with lots of Pines Trees on 4 sides with plenty of blue water views and coastline cliftop walks only 5 minutes from the villa. It's located in a beautiful spot with panoramic views, the sunrises and sunsets are breath taking. We loved this villa so much we have booked again this year and hopefully will continue to come back with our friends and family for many more fabulous holidays to remember.

We where 2 couples that stayed in mid August and we had very pleasant week at Villa de Chillout Cap Negret. The villa is in peaceful cliff top location that stayed cool all day with lots of constant cooling sea breezes. We apprciated all the terraces at different hours of the day. The roof top terrace is really great and it was perfect at sunset into the evening coolness with a glass of wine watching the lights of San Antoni Bay and the occasional shooting star - heaven ! The villa is beautiful its interior is stylish and fun in a retro sort of way with a nice green Mediterranean garden too. We loved staying there - although there are many things to do on Ibiza - it was so relaxing to return home to the villa at the end of each day ! The villa was even lovelier than expected from the photos seen on the listing. We enjoyed the villas quietness, seas views and being able to breath real sea breezes without the need for industrial airconditioning - such a nice healthy change from the air in Notting Hill London. A must do is the swim spot a 5minute walk from the villa down the cliff front steps to amazing water and into the grotto at sunset. We shall return before our memories fade too much to this sweet special place in Ibiza.

Already looking for when we can go back as so perfect! Only the two of us looking for a mix of quiet privacy and chilling out, but not too far from the party. Turns out we often abandoned plans to go to beach clubs in favour of hanging out in this beautiful house with the music on and drinks fridge (half) full. None of the terraces are overlooked, nor is the pool, and the real gem for us was the wonderful roof terrace where we watched an unobstructed view of the famous balearic sunset most nights. We'd also recommend Massagebeach who we booked with online in advance, and who visited us in the villa for a sunset massage on the roof! Ipod dock, speakers and wifi all ready for you! Easy to get a cab from a bar 2 mins from the villa, or the nearest resort hotel only a few minutes further. For dramatic coastline just walk over the road in front of the house and there is a cove from which you can swim in the sea from the rocks. A sand beach only a 10/15 minute walk. Do rent a car from the airport, you need it for supermarket runs. Great communication from Gregory, the owner, and also from Noel, the caretaker, who was flexible to meet us when we arrived a day late... He also visited midweek to clean the pool. House, including all fridges, immaculate when we took it over. Bathroom opens to the kitchen so know your friends well! Only point to note would be the steepness and precariousness of the ladder stairs to the roof (or indeed the narrow stairs to the bedroom), which make it pretty inaccessible to anyone who has mobility issues, or who's had too much red wine.

This villa and its location are amazing, we had teenage girls and there was so much outside space that everyone had their own space when needed. I would recommend a car as the island has so much to see. There is something quite special about Ibiza it has something for everyone. There is a bar/restaurant 2 minutes from the villa although only opened a few weeks the food and its location are great but service isn't quite there yet! The roof top terrace is definitely the best sunset view better than mambos etc. there is a hippy market and Es Cana that's definitely worth a visit along with Portinax and Es Vedra the magnetic rock.

I have been using trip advisor to assist me in booking some great holidays for many years but this is the first time I have felt my stay warranted a review. I booked Villa de Chillout directly on trip advisor through Gregory the owner as there were few villas on the internet that appeared to offer as much as this one, 3 bedrooms, it's own pool, rooftop terrace and close to San Antonio and great sandy beaches. Gregory's communication was great throughout and he was really helpful. On arrival Gregory directed me in from the airport then was present to meet us and show us around the gorgeous villa before leaving us to get on with our holiday, but he encouraged us to get in touch if we needed anything, or wanted any advice on where to go. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and I felt privileged to spend the week there, we were a family of four with two young children and the villa had far more space than we needed, it could easily accommodate 6 people with everyone having their own space inside and out of the villa. The 3 large bedrooms are lovely and the interior of the villa is very well presented with lots of space, all amenities and good wifi. The outside of the villa is amazing with two sunbathing decks, chillout area (with wood burner), outdoor dining area, BBQ and bar with outdoor fridge, and lots of seating. The pool is really clean, was perfect size for our requirements and looks great at night with the pool lights on. There are large well tended gardens to the front of the property and off road parking. The villa is not overlooked whatsoever so is really private and in a quiet cul de sac. The rooftop terrace area is the cherry on the top with ample seating and lighting which has totally amazing views and breath taking sunsets every night, there is no better way to end a day in Ibiza. Villa is minutes drive from supermarkets, great beaches and San Antonio itself, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet relaxing stay if you wish. Gregory is a great bloke and provides fantastic recommendations to mKe sure you enjoy your stay. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Do not hesitate to book it!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay hugely, the sunset views from the roof terrace or from the multiple terraces was spectacular. As was the view from the master bedroom. The pool, although smaller than some was great to have, it was great to listen to tunes on the sound system, while cooking on the BBQ, or lounging on the terraces or by the pool. It was close to San Antonio, but without having to be in the thick of it, and was close to Cala Gracio. A car is recommended. The owner is so helpful at suggesting local attractions/restaurants/beaches & is so accommodating. I really hope to come back soon!
