It’s hard to decide which was more wonderful Fulvio or the house itself. Fulvio was responsive, accommodating and flexible. These attributes aren't super common in island life but it certainly put us city-dwellers at ease. Now the house... If you are looking for a stunning house that is impeccably designed, removed from all the hustle and bustle, with 6 private bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a pool that will make you draft a resignation letter everyday all surrounded by olive trees, jasmine and kumquat trees then this is it. Look no further, you will not regret it.

This has to be the best property i have booked to date! Fulvio was a great host he was very prompt with communicating at every point before, during and after the whole process. The check in was very smooth with the representative to meet and greet us and provide us with all we needed during our stay. The property itself was amazing, a new minimal typical Balearic style with a chic modern finish to a great standard. It is fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. It comfortably accommodated 5 people still with the feeling of space, ideal for group of friends as we were. We were able to make use of both the inside and outside pool area to maximum benefit. The grounds are vast with both fruit and vegetables when we were there. The property is in good proximity to Ibiza town 15 mins, airport 25 mins and many great restaurants, bars and clubs near by. Will definitely stay here again.

This is easily the best place I have ever stayed. Fulvio was so easy to deal with and helpful from the start to leaving it. It is in a really beautiful location in the middle of the island. We were a group of 12 and were more than comfortable. The two king rooms on the upper floor that run along the balcony are absolutely exquisite, and so is the outside dining area. Just a great place to relax. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of going to Ibiza with their friends or family. Thank you Fulvio!
