This villa is beautiful and exceeded expectations. So much space. Really loved the pool area and the table tennis table! Both the owner and Miguel from the agency were very helpful and would not hesitate to book with them again. The villa is very close to a good supermarket and a nice restaurant. We used the buses quite a bit which were fine but very infrequent.

Millionaires lifestyle at a fraction of the price. This villa is stunning. Much more spacious than the photos suggest. The rooms are large, cool and well appointed. Beds are comfortable, lots of towels! Shower/bathrooms clean with plenty of hot water. Spacious, well appointed kitchen. Breakfast/lunch on the balcony provides stunning views over the bay and sunsets of an evening! Well kept garden, including a beautiful outdoor BBQ area surrounded by colourful flowers. Pool area is spacious with a gazebo for a bit if shade. Pool is stunning with views out over the bay! Although only gripe is the building works next door caused a bit of concern with some noise and blocked some of the view. Apparently, the builders can work up to 15 June! But tolerable! Surrounded by walls/locked gates. Not overlooked, so very private. Shops in walking distance, we found the shop at top of the hill, left out of the villa to provide a better range. Choice of restaurants within walking distance. Taxi to San Antonio about £7! Didn't use the bus!! Beach at bottom of hill, clean, plenty of sunbeds with beach cocktail bar! Stunning view of sunset from the beach/rocks! You can catch ferry to San An or the other beaches, running every hour. Nice alternative to road, they finnish at 5pm. Miguel, our host with Holiday Lettings, was always at the end of the phone and very attentive and speaks good English! Marvellous service from this company and well recommend! A bit of millionaire luxury for a fraction of the price! Well appointed, well located and recommend to anyone who wants a luxury, restful retreat that's not too far from the attractions of San Antonio! Had a superb holiday with friends. Will definitely return. X

Die Villa ist so schön wie im Angebot angekündigt. Alles ist sauber und großzügig mit viel Platz. Wir waren mit 2 Paaren und einem Kleinkind dort. Das war wunderbar. Unser Hauptzimmer war die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Man kann vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang zwischen vielen verschiedenen Sitzplätzen außen wählen. Der Blick auf die Bucht vom Poolbereich aus ist wirklich schön. Leider war der Pool im Oktober ziemlich kalt, da nicht geheizt wurde. Die Lage der Villa ist ca 800m vom Strand entfernt, die Straße geht bergab. Obwohl einige Buslinien durch die Straße fahren, ist es ruhig. Nachts kann man die Fensterläden ganz schließen und hört nichts mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem super sortierten kleinen Supermarkt "Es Cuco" ca 200m entfernt. Wir können das Haus mit großzügigem Garten, Poolbereich (sogar Außendusche und Toilette) Parkmöglichkeit und schönen Zimmern sehr empfehlen und würden sicher wieder kommen, wenn es sich ergibt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Oktober war gut, im Sommer leider viel zu teuer.

I love travel. This year I have traveled from London to Spain, from Spain to South America. And we're still my friends and I agreeing week in Esgueva. A wonderful and amazing week that we did not miss anything. The house is perfectly designed. The taxi driver took us home from the airport. We had any problem at all and we felt very at ease at all times. We especially loved the pool. Really impressive. Ibiza have sun, musica, luxury and love. I recommend everyone who wants to know the island of Ibiza not hesitate to book this wonderful villa.
