We were a medium sized group of 10 people, consisting of both couples and friends. The rooms were quite good, where two of the rooms had an exceptionally good view. The people who met us on arrival and departure were very kind. Contacted them during our stay for some information and they were very willing to help, this was mostly unrelated to our stay at the resort, so it was even kinder of them to offer their time. Would absolutely recommend this house, and the renters. Will most likely rent through them again if I go back to Mallorca!

Had a fantastic stay here, the villa is in beautiful location; it’s modern, spacious and accommodated our part of 8 adults and three kids comfortably. It’s tastefully furnished, clean and offers stunning views across the bay from the main bedrooms and balcony. The pool was a good size and cleaned daily. The location is perfect, there are a few nice restaurants, a small shop and a small beach nearby and it’s about 15-20mins walk, or just a few minutes by taxi (approx €5-6) to Port d'Alcúdia with all its amenities. There’s also a local bus which we didn’t use. Property recommends a car but we didn’t find it necessary. Toni was a great help throughout, promptly replying to all queries prior to booking and during our stay and accommodating our request for cots, and high chairs. The team went out of their way, working around our flight times for check in and out. I would highly recommend this villa and the villas4rentmallorca.com team. This is an outstanding property in a beautiful location which offers easy access to Alcudia and the Port on foot or by car. There are a few restaurants nearby - Restaurante La Terraza is terrific. The villa has fantastic views from the main bedrooms, it's modern, fresh and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. All of our needs where met by our host Toni - who went out of his way to accommodate our family. He even drove to the villa to bring our kids a DVD player! I would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.

We loved our stay in this villa. It was spacious and well furnished. The pool was sparklingly clean and warmed up enough for a quick swim by the end of our stay! We loved the view across the bay. I was sorry to leave!
