“Cassa Timmy.”
Had a lovely two week stay at Cassa Timmy, a nice area, and a lovely villa on its way to being fully modernised. The villa has nice spacious rooms, living area and pool/outside area. However, the villa wasn't ever full cleaned the whole two weeks we were there only the beds changed once. The pool was only cleaned once on day 5 and by day 10 it was unusable - as it had turned green by the sun cream etc. There was no pool table or ping pong table as stated- which is one of the main reasons we booked this villa. No washing machine either - well not a plumbed in one! Also, one of my children left an electronic device there which Shelly was quick to email to say she'd return and I'm yet to have recieved it!!
Response from the manager Dear Mr & Mrs Smith, Many thanks for taking the time to complete a review, however in response to the your review, please see below. During a 2 week stay we provided a towel and linen change, this being said if you did require a clean on the villa then we could have arranged this for you. With regards to the pool, the pool guy goes twice weekly in the summer, generally early in the morning. If this was made aware to me then I know I would have contacted the pool guy immediately to rectify. I did make you aware on your arrival that unfortunately due to the storm that had taken place before your arrival both the pool table and ping pong table were damaged, this was something that was and still is in the hands of the insurers. To get replacements within such a short time was not possible, I did try. The washing machine has always been plumbed in and in working order, I wasn't aware of this issue during your stay. The electronic device was taken back to the UK to be posted. I will look into this further to ensure it can be located and returned if not already done so.
