Villa Sunset was fantastic. Juan, the property manager was helpful and friendly. The property itself is just as it is portrayed in the pictures. With Old Town Alcudia and the Port of Alcudia only minutes away, you can enjoy the beach and town life, but then come back to the peacefulness of the countryside. Also, it's location near M13 made travel to other parts of Mallorca very simple. We had a total of 9 guests, all of varying ages (10-70yrs.), who fully enjoyed themselves and were very happy. The chef's kitchen, which is all we used, made things all the easier when we had time in the evening to enjoy the pool.

I don't usually leave reviews, however this place is amazing. The manager couldn't be more helpful, the facilities are amazing and the pool couldn't be better. Would really recommend the villa. We were a group of 5 couples aged 20-30 and it was perfect.

This is a wonderful villa, just 200 meters off the Ma13, 10 minutes outside Alcudia. The gardens are large and secluded, with a nice size pool and a tennis court. Juan met us at the local garden centre and took us to the villa, and ran through all the facilities, and the electronic gates. There is easily enough room inside the courtyard to park three mid sized cars. There is a large TV in the lounge and the dining room, unfortunately, the satellite system lacks UK channels. There are laundry facilities, washer and dryer, plus indoor and outdoor clothes lines. There is also a large water filtration system supplying the house. There are a couple of minor issues, the internet is a little flaky in some areas. The Fridge freezer is new but is a little on the small size for large group. They could do with another. The biggest issue, is the cooker is getting on and there are no instructions, and the icons on the controls have worn off. Take care with this. I know the last few items may seem like I have a negative view on the villa, but even with these things taken in to consideration, I would definitely return if I can get a group together, and I whole heartedly recommend this villa for a group holiday.

We spent two weeks at Villa Sunset in August, and had the most amazing holiday. We were two families, with 5 children of varying age from 6 to 17. The villa is spacious, with 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house (and one more shower room in the outbuilding), it never felt crowded. The huge kitchen/dining room in the outbuilding next to the house was great too, fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also a big outdoor barbecue which we used several times. The swimming pool is fantastic, adults and children enjoyed it enormously. The garden is beautiful, there's plenty of shade as well for afternoon siestas. We also loved the little tennis court. Juan was super helpful, explained everything on arrival, gave us lots of tips about the surrounding area (e.g. shops, markets, beaches etc). One day we had some problem with the electricity in part of the main house but a few phone calls and Juan sorted it out very quickly. Salvador (the owner of the house) tended to the garden and the horses next door every day, and he was really friendly, such a nice guy. The children loved helping him with the horses. He also offered some fruit for us from the garden. And I have to mention Florito, the neighbour's cat, who seemed to make friends with our children, and visited us regularly. A car is recommended as the villa is a short distance away from Alcudia's old town, and from the beaches (about 5-10 min drive). We had an excellent time, the best holiday ever according to my children. I would definitely recommend this place. We hope to come back one day.

We reluctantly returned to the Uk yesterday from Alcudia after a wonderful week in Villa Sunset. We were a party of 6 adults 2 teenagers and 2 children and never felt on top of each other for the whole week in this wonderful spacious villa. We have rented villa packages from well known holiday companies for many years and I must admit I was apprehensive about going it alone but I needn't have worried. This villa is amazing the facilities are second to none the pool and gardens are beautifully tended and the tennis courts a hit with the boys! The villa was immaculate the beds comfortable and we all slept like babies. If you like to be in the thick of things this isn't the location for you but if you like peace and quiet and have a noisy bunch of kids and teenagers not to mention adults this is perfect. The two downstairs bedrooms were ideal for our group as I am not the most nimble these days and one of our friends has mobility problems so we were really well catered for, leaving the 3 upstairs bedrooms for the youngsters. I must mention Juan he is amazing we got lost driving out of the airport and he was so helpful and patient with us ringing him all the time, and when we finally got to the meeting point greeted us like old friends, I will never forget seeing him whizzing into the car park on his little motor bike shouting 'hola ' brilliant. I was also impressed with Holiday Lettings will defiantly use this site again. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa making wonderful memories.

We rent a villa each year for a family holiday with the grandchildren and this one was the best we have had. The pool was huge, the tennis court a bonus used by all and the garden beautiful and shaded for lounging under the trees. The huge kitchen apart from the house had everything we needed and was a good idea as we didn't go in the main house much in the day at all. Very good BBQ which is usually a let down,efficient washing machine. Everything was well laid out, beds very comfortable and plenty of hot water. Also Juan was very helpful. Our grandchildren liked the cats which were very friendly even though we didn't feed them as Juan instructed, but if you don't like cats it could be a problem as there are a few around

I a writing this commentary to show my appreciation to the owners of the villa that I spent two great weeks in. First, my wife loved how absolutely clean the was when we arrived and there was a great place to relax next to the pool. What I enjoyed most was the barbque, The service that we received was impeccable and the house was really equipped for maximum enjoyment: it had a huge garden, a beautiful porch and a A+++ pool… also included was a paddle court! If you have children, you will not regret selecting this house. We have already reserved for the next year.
