So many things wrong with this Villa, it was dirty, mouldy kitchen equipment, mouldy covers on chairs and sunbeds, badly equipped, had a birds nest with birds dropping excrement everywhere, broken BBQ, all toilet seats broken ... I really could go on. Whilst in the resort, the local rep, Paco, was responsive to the major complaints however my 4 emails detailing all the issues together with photographic evidence that I've sent to Magic Javea since returning have all been ignored - not even acknowledged.
