“wonderful travel experience”

First stay. Great, quiet, location; handy local beach, supermarkets and restaurant; amazing view and spacious, well appointed facilities - all as described by owner, Ian. What the listing doesnt tell you is how organised and helpful he is, starting with excellent communications and details and extra photos/directions. He always answers emails and texts promptly and genuinely wants you to enjoy the villa. Lots of upgrades to the property, which is well looked after and maintained. Clean and spotless throughout. Good wifi connection and phone signal. Most enjoyable and would certainly book again.

Response from the owner Thank you Hugh for those nice words. It was a pleasure having you here & I am pleased that you all had a great holiday. I look forward to welcoming you again maybe next year. Best wishes from sunny Ibiza. Ian

“Beautiful!”

Had the most wonderful stay here! The views from this villa are absolutely fantastic, each room has a slightly different sea room (even the bathrooms!) and you have to stop and take it in each time you walk past a window. The villa and pool were lovely, the location is great & the owner was a fabulous host. The photos really don't capture quite how beautiful the views from this place are! Very much looking forward to a return visit!!!

Response from the owner Thankyou for your nice feedback on our Villa. It was a delight to have you here & thankyou for leaving the Villa nice as you found it. It will be a pleasure to welcome you back again next year. Best wishes fom hot sunny Ibiza, Ian .

“Absolutely beautiful total relaxation”

Reviewed 25 Aug 2014

Highly recommended !!! We're a family of 4 with children 3 & 6 years old, who were in need of some quality family time and a nice relaxing break. We enjoyed our time at the villa swimming in the pool and sunbathing on the private pool terrace, playing tennis in the big courtyard, having bbq's outside on the built BBQ for tea, watching the sun go down over the sea. Some days we took a nice stroll down to Cala Salada, a beautiful bay you can see from the villa which has a really nice restaurant with a good menu choice which is well priced (eg a big portion of 1/2 chicken and chips with salad €9) also selling beer wine & sangria etc. The accommodation itself offers a modern kitchen with all the utensils. The sleeping accommodation was brilliant offering air-conditioned bedrooms in which we all slept very comfortably. We all came away from the holiday really relaxed and refreshed. A brilliant holiday which we shall repeat in the same place. If you need to know where anything is the owner is very knowledgeable of the area. Thank u Ian

Best family holiday here. Great service, we were recommended super restaurants. We were lucky to have one of the nicest beaches in Ibiza nearby, crystal clear water. Perfect pool for fun and relief from the heat

“3 rd Year in a row says it all, a wonderfull time in First Class Villa!”

Next year will be the 4th time we have stayed at the Villa and it just gets better every year. Its only 10 mins drive to San Antonio for the teenagers to go to clubs and bars. While we relax at great restaraunts and drink wine on the balcony over looking Cala Salada bay. The VIlla is at the top of a hill and is not overlooked by anyone and the view is stunning. Days were spent either at the beach or at the pool. Nights in San Antonio restaraunts and Bars really is an ideal location. We had young children and teenagers plenty to do for all of them. Owner has improved the Villa each year new Kitchen and A/C in the bedrooms is great. Took my boat out this year the owner kindly moored it for me in the bay and arranged storage cannot wait for our two weeks next year!!

We had a week here at the end of September. Lovely Villa. Has everything you could possibly want. Its built into the hill so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Great parking and fabulous sun terrace. Fresh figs from the garden were heavenly.

“Perfect in every possible way.”

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful villa from the 3rd-10th August 2013. Before we even arrived a the villa, the owner, Ian, replied to every e-mail and query promptly which really put us at ease. On arrival, Ian was there waiting for us and offered a hugely warm welcome; a true gentleman. He showed us personally around the villa and showed us how everything worked in the kitchen and where we could find the numerous and well cared for utilities. What made us smile, especially after a hot journey, was a cold beer and champagne in the fridge. This is clearly someone who knows how to look after his guests. The villa itself was all we could have ever hoped for. High class facilities in a secluded location, with breath-taking views. A wonderful holiday made all he more memorable by Ian's care and attention to detail. We will be definitely booking again.

“Idyllic location, perfect house for our family”

My family stayed in Vistamar at the end of June '13. The villa was absolutely perfect for us, a party of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 17, 12 and 8. There was plenty of space for us all - the kids absolutely loved the pool. The views from the villa were absolutely beautiful - especially at night from the balcony where you can watch the sunset over Cala Salada. Ian the owner could not have been more helpful. We would highly recommend the villa - it is in a quiet area, though close to the bustling San Antoni. It was a really lucky find and we would love to go back again next year.

“Gorgeous”

Stayed here for the second year running with friends and family. It is totally idyllic, with the most incredible views, which you could never tire of. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of useful info about the villa and town. The Villa has lots of facilities, including wifi. It had a lovely new modern kitchen with all mod cons this year and its very roomy inside. there are 3 bathrooms, so no arguing over showers in the evening! The pool area is very roomy with hammocks to relax in, which are lovely. You probably need a car here, which we had - and San Antonio is only 5 Minutes away by car, and yet the villa is in a great quiet area. I will definitely be booking again here for next year, it's so relaxing and yet there is lots of action very close if you want it.

“Oasis of beauty and calm - stunning views”

Reviewed 12 Jul 2012

I went for a few days stay at this beautiful villa in May. It is tucked away - which is ideal for quiet days by the pool and no noisey neighbours! The pool terrace here is massive with 4 hammocks and plenty of other sun beds. There were only 2 of us - but this villa is very spacious and sleeps 6 very easily. It has loads of facilities, BBQ, wifi, laptop, sky tv, 4 different terraces, ensuite bathrooms, washing machine, fully fitted kitchen - it really is luxurious. The most spectacular things here are the views - completely breathtaking. It is amazing watching the sun set into the sea. You really need a car here, but its easy to find and only 5 mins drive from San Antonio, yet well away from the hustle and bustle of the town. San Antonia is really nice too - there are a couple of streets thronged with loud bars and young people having a ball at night - but a lot of the town is quieter with great restaurants and a lovely harbour, promenade and authentic market stalls, good for families. Its only 20 mins by car from the airport and Ibiza town, which you must visit; the citadel and old town are particularly beautiful. There is a local beach 5 mins away by car or a lovely 20 minute walk down the hill (but you have to walk back up - we managed it though!) The owner was very helpful, telling us lots about the island and the good restaurants to visit. I cant praise it highly enough and have already booked to go back at the end of the summer with more people!
