PERFECT VILLA FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH A FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING HOST! The villa: nice large villa with four bedrooms, one en suite, and a family bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning in the common areas and in one of the bedrooms and the other three bedrooms have ceiling fans which seemed to keep us cool enough. The outside area is great. Nice large pool and a small shallower kids pool. Sun loungers and a grass area too. Hairdryer, iron... pretty much everything you could need you'll find in this lovely villa. We were town families with three young kids and it was plenty big enough. The host: Miguel couldn't be anymore helpful. Very nice to the children. He arrived with the keys and gave us all the information we needed about the local area. He told us to Whatsapp him or call if we had any problems. We managed to blow a fuse and called him and he came round and sorted it. He provided us with a cot on request even though it wasn't listed as a facility on the listing. He even turned up on the last day to wish us well and gave us some gorgeous gifts. Lovely man! The location: a 2-minute stroll to the lovely marina. Spar shop, lots of restaurants (many family friendly). Cala Egos is a 10-minute walk and has lots of shops, restaurants, bars, arcades and attractions for kids. Cala D'or centre is a 20-minute walk around the marina and up the hill - it is the largest town with plenty of amenities. Cala Egos and Cala D'or can both be reached by the mini-train. Beach-wise: plenty to choose from. Cala de pou in Cala Egos is lovely and Cala D'or beach is also great. If you're looking for a central villa for a family holiday then look no further...lovely villa, fantastic and helpful owner and a great location.
