This place is amazing. There were ten of us with ages ranging from 6 to 70. It's big enough not to get in each other's way and the facilities are top drawer. We had a great welcome pack and then meet and greet with Tony, the owner, who gave us great advice. The local restaurants are great and everywhere in the port is very clean. There are taxis around but I would suggest a small runaround car makes this place even better. This isn't essential but with teenagers in the house, constant visits to the supermarkets are needed! We would definitely go back to the port and to the villa. The second kitchen outside is very handy and the outdoor TV and patio area was a god send in the heat.

We have just returned from 4 nights at this amazing villa. The views are breathtaking, the villa immaculate and very spacious. There is a great outdoor kitchen with eating area where we spent most of the time. The area is great - walking distance to the Grand Follies beach club. Highly recommend Villa Italia to eat - yummy food. Would definitely return

Desde el momento en que gestionamos la reserva, supimos que todo seria espectacular. Tony fue una gran persona con nosotros, brindándonos su ayuda en todo momento, incluso previo a nuestro arribo a la villa. Respecto a la villa, simplemente maravillosa. Full equipada, con una vista increible al mar. La terraza con piscina y comedor fue nuestro lugar preferido, ya que fue ahi donde pasamos gran parte de nuestra estadia en familia. Ademas de Tony, las personas que trabajan en la villa, Jose Miguel y Toni fueron muy generosos en brindarnos apoyo en todo momento, respondiendo a consultas que tuviesemos y manteniendo todo en perfecto funcionamiento. Viajamos en familia con diversas edades, incluso un infante y la casa fue perfecta para nosotros. Es por esto que la recomiendo 100% para un viaje familiar y también para grupo de amigos. Si tenemos la posibilidad de volver a Port d'Andratx, volveriamos sin pensarlo dos veces a la misma villa.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this villa. From the moment you walk through the door you never want to leave. The views are breathtaking, and the decor has a really luxurious feel to it. There is absolutely everything a family could ask for; perfect sized pool, table tennis, even a TV in the al fresco dining area. There are wonderfully sociable spaces for the whole family to be together but likewise there are secluded terraces and balconies for anyone wanting to indulge in some time alone. The kitchens are fully equipped, the bedrooms (especially the master) are pure luxury and the owner, Tony, couldn't be more helpful. The beautiful & romantic Port is just a 5 minute taxi ride away with it's pretty side streets and atmospheric tapas restaurants & boutique shops. We definitely hope to return sometime soon.

Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to the owner of the villa Tony. His management and care of the villa is second to none. Lovely man nothing was too much. The Villa was perfect for a large group / family. There was as much outside entertaining space as inside which is perfect as the views were stunning !!!!!! Right on the coast waking up to the azure sea from our bedroom every morning was incredible. The villa offered privacy for everyone also with its large bedrooms and little outdoor nooks. The outdoor TV was a hit with the family as we were able to watch the tennis whilst sunbathing. What decadence ! I will be booking again without doubt. One of the best holidays we have had and all the facilities that the villa offered made it perfection. Thanks once again Tony you are a gent and your villa is amazing !!!

If there would be 6 stars I would give them. The villa is equipped with everything you need and Tony is responsive at any time if you have questions. The location is the best you can get on Mallorca and Port Andratx is just 5 minutes away. Go there and see it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Had the pleasure of staying at the villa for 3 nights. We were met by charismatic host Tony. The view as you walk through the door is breath-taking. The villa overlooks a bay and The Mediterranean. Inside it is extremely spacious with the stunning master suite also looking out at the sea view. The pool/terrace area is great with a kitchen area and a large TV. We spent most of our time there. The villa is decked out with an excellent entertainment system with another huge TV in the lounge. Ample towels were provided and the place was spotlessly clean. We ventured into the port for dinner on two nights eating at Rocamar and Roots which were both fantastic. We followed dinner with cocktails in Gwine, a must!!! The working fishing port is a stunning place to be, whether for breakfast, dinner or just drinks. The waterside cafe's, restaurants and bars are great places to spend time watching the world go by. The only downside to the trip was that it was only 3 nights but we have rectified that mistake by booking for a whole week next year!!
