Shocking, dirty and needs a big refurb. It really wasn’t suitable to be let out, so many problems best thing is too stop taking bookings and sort it out. One working shower, needed a big clean and unsuitable for a Let. The price we paid 1600€ for a week At half term should have been a warning Avoid at all costs!

Large villa needing a rethink on the upstairs layout. The bedroom in the sun room downstairs makes using the out side difficult, unless you know everyone very well. We enjoyed our stay and it is in a great location.

We booked the Carbonell Villa over October Half term, pricing was fairly keen which in hindsight should have set alarm bells ringing ! The collection of keys from Top Villas Mallorca was simple and easy, along with the directions how to get to the villa. Upon arrival we were meet with this horrible smell that smelt like raw sewage and basically lasted all 7 days, sometimes it even was in the villa. We reported this and a number of other issues straight away and 2 days later we got an email back, not good enough regardless on how much were paying. The villa itself is very tired, it needs a massive overhaul before any other quests are let in being honest! Bedrooms – maybe the most uncomfortable beds (in ALL 6 bedrooms) I have ever slept in, all of us also had bites (see pictures) so maybe there are bed bugs around L Pool area – for the first 3 days there were 8 of us and there as just 4 sun lounges available and 2 chairs – again not good enough BBQ and outside Patio area – filthy, I would not want to cook anything on that BBQ ! Kitchen – fridge left dirty and the kettle was unusable, Dirty cooking utensils The photos must be very old as it didn’t really look anything like the photos (and that was the reason we booked) Bathrooms – only one shower which you didn’t have to hold worked ! Basically the state of the villa made us go out every single day because we didn’t feel comfortable staying in due to the lack of facilities and general state of the villa. There were throws over stained sofas.. cobwebs and dust everywhere.. and even a pair of pants in pot at front yes you read that right! As you can see I have done many reviews on tripadvisor and always fair and true, the above is very true reflection of our time there.

We are a large family so size of villa was brilliant, right next to a Spa. It was tired though, kettle didn't work, bath panel cracked etc, and electricity was very expensive, £150 for week. Although I suspect some of my family left air con on in bedrooms 24 hours a day. Pool was stunning with pool man arriving daily.
