A well laid out villa which was very well equipped with lots of outdoor space for eating, lazing and sunbathing. The pool and grounds were well kept, very private and secure. Gary and Julia were really helpful and great to deal with and all their arrangements worked a treat. Moraira is a small resort with lots of bars and good restaurants, all you need without the clubs and nightlife of larger towns. Would highly recommend the villa and indeed Moraira.

Our holiday consisted of two families of four, with kids ranging from 8 to 19. The size and layout of the villa was absolutely perfect to ensure we all had our own space should we need it. The facilities and views from the upper balcony were fantastic. Communication was great throughout and I would definitely recommend this villa, we would also definitely go back when we return to Moraira (which we will!). All in all, a truly lovely place and a great holiday. Paul B.

The villa is in an ideal location for both Moriara and El Portet. If not hiring a car, like us it is a 15 min walk downhill to both. We also walked back but it is all uphill, but taxis were about 6-7 euros. The villa is very spacious and well laid out with large dining and lounge areas inside. The bedrooms are normal size with plenty of wardrobe and draw space. All bathrooms with showers. But what made our holiday was the outside space. We were 3 couples and some of us sunbathers and some preferred the shade. There is a lovely seating area downstairs near the pool under a pergola that is shaded all day with lovely big settees and at night it is all lit up, so it is perfect day and night. There are also corner settee upstairs on balcony and this is perfect for watching the sun go down. Facilities in the villa were good, with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Very relaxing holiday, nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Perfect all round

A very family friendly villa with excellent living accommodation and plenty of bathrooms. The pool area was beautiful with a good variety of seating for both shade and sun whilst being totally secure for young children. Location again perfect with 2 good beaches close by and the bonus of free parking in Moraira. El Portet was only a short walk away and the beach was ideal for all age groups as the toddler and children could splash in the shallows whilst older members could swim further out. Local restaurant food was very good and the squares with bars where children could play were a real bonus. A big thank you to the owners for all their care and help answering questions and for arranging for provisions to be there on arrival.

Lovely villa, very clean and within walking distance of the town centre. Would recommend. Ideal for a family has everything you need.

Wonderful villa very close to Moraira town. Owners response to any problems is exceptional. Definitely look to return sometime soon.

What an amazing villa with such beautiful views. We had a wonderful week and couldn't have asked for more in a villa. Lots of space to sunbathe and plenty of shade for those of us who wanted it! The villa had everything we needed- even kids pool toys to entertain the little ones and golf clubs for us to have a quick 9 holes. We will be recommending this villa to anyone wanting to visit the Costa Blanca and will definitely be returning in the future!

This villa is absolutely superb. The views over the valley and to the sea are stunning. All the rooms are spacious with good comfortable seating. Lovely swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space. Can`t wait to return.

This is an excellent villa to stay in when holidaying in the lovely town of Moraira. Close enough to walk to all amenities, but private and secluded at the same time. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and they are furnished to a high standard. If you are in a large group nobody has to feel like they have got the worst room! The living space is well decorated and nicely furnished. The pool is perfect and is in full sun all day. It is surrounded by spacious gardens so you can always find a quiet space if you need to. Lovely views from the terrace with amazing sunsets every evening. We all instantly felt very at home in this villa, and would definitely stay again. The owners are very pleasant and straightforward to deal with.
