“Stunning villa complimented by an outstanding view”

Reviewed 19 Aug 2017

This villa is an absolute gem. Ideally located for easy access to Moraira, supermarkets nearby (need a car). The villa itself is exceptional. Well cleaned and fully equipped and decorated in a modern and high quality standard. The pool, BBQ and pizza oven are only bettered by the amazing view. We were lucky to have a massive thunder storm and the lightening display was astonishing. Would recommend Satari restaurant in Moraira and El Toro in Calpe. Need to book in advance. The finishing touches are Marina and her husband who meet you on the first day a definite credit and finally Koen himself (owner). Fantastic guy very helpful. Definitely visit this villa (if it's not booked up)

“The view!”

Excellent villa with a truly fantastic view. Stayed in the villa for a week with family including a one year old. Owner supplied travel cot and high chair which was all setup on arrival. Once inside villa it's all on one level, which is good for baby. Satellite TV includes children's channels. Kitchen is well stocked for home cooking including all utensils for outdoor gas BBQ. All rooms have AC, which was effective. Whole villa is nicely decorated. Villa is set fairly high on hill, which made for a quiet stay but a car is essential. Best feature is the outdoor area, pool is reasonable size, loungers are comfortable, outdoor shower has temperature control and the view is stunning. We will return.

“Fantastic Villa”

We stayed at Casa Vida for 2 weeks 8-23 July 2016. A wonderful villa with spectacular views! Could not fault the accommodation what so ever its cool enough not to need the air con on, all windows had mozzi nets fitted so got a lovely through breeze by leaving window open when we were in the villa. Marina the manager and owner Koen were so helpful with regards to help and advice too. Would definitely return again. It's had a brand new pool/pool area fitted which was spacious and clean. Because of the location we got a magnificent view of the firework display being held in Moraira (fiesta time). Didn't want to leave!

Been to Moraira area for last 3 years and have to say this villa has been the best by far! Great location in the hills overlooking Moraira with a great sea view. Patio/terrace area very spacious with a large pool, barbecue area and pizza oven. Lovely shaded seating area to relax in during the day with a good book! Spacious well stocked kitchen and good size bedrooms all with aircon. Marina who welcomed us was very helpful if we had any queries or issues - thank you! Fantastic stay overall!!

The four of us had a memorable stay at this spectacular villa. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the agent, Marina & her partner who showed us around the spacious rooms & pool/patio area. We were impressed with the bottle of vino & fresh fruit provided as a welcome treat but the main 'jaw dropper' was the fantastic panoramic view of Moraira & the sea beyond! Being in such an elevated position, the villa is ideally situated for relaxing under the covered terrace with a glass of wine (or two!) while watching the yachts & cruise ships sailing gracefully across the bay. After dark, the vista is magically illuminated by the lights of the myriad villas dotted around the valley & hillside below. Oh, and there is the resident gecko who appears from behind the light in the seated area of the terrace to catch unwary moths! All in all, we had a truly relaxing holiday at Casa Vida & would highly recommend it. The agent Marina, came to visit us part way through our stay to make sure we were comfortable & there were no problems, which we found very reassuring. Finally, amongst the many fine places to eat around Moraira, we discovered a really great Chinese restaurant called 'Asia Ye' situated in the midst of the Benimeit area below the villa. Superb food & service at very reasonable prices. Enjoy! Adiós!

“Fantastic stay in a wonderful setting”

We had a marvelous week in the villa, the lovely villa is situated on a idyllic location overlooking the village and the see. Everything you need is available in the villa, after a swim in the big heated pool you can relax outside and drink a glas of wine in the cosy naya. The villa is very spacious and very clean, also the pool is wel maintained from the pool boy. A trip to town or the beach takes only five minutes, where you find lovely restaurants and small beach bars. We would difenitly recommend the villa to families with children. The day we left we were already thinking of coming back, all credits to the owners and Marina with her cleaning staff.

“Great stay, wonderfull house, big swimmingpool!”

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family (husband & 4 children) and we were very happy to be in this cosy, comfortable and beautiful house. The kids loved the swimmingpool, preferred to stay at home instead of the sea. The view from the terrace to the sea was lovely and we liked to sit down in the `big sitting egg`, reading a book with a good glass of wine. We really would like to come back another time!
