Lovely and spacious villa just few steps from the sea and small beautiful beach. Comfortable room with large separate bathroom. Good size swimming pool. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Few minutes from shops and restaurants. We will be happy to come back there next year.

Stayed at Casa L'Estiu for 2 weeks in August 2017. Absolutely loved it. The villa was perfect can't fault it. We've been going to Cala D'or for the last 10 years and this has been the best place we've stayed by far. It had everything we could have wanted.

From the moment we walked in we were blown away. This is a very well laid out villa with everything you could need. All the bedrooms,and amenities were very clean and well looked after. The air conditioning was awesome and much needed while we were there. The pool was lovely and well maintained by "The Pool Man", with ample sunbeds and the use of a table tennis table and badminton set there is always things to keep you active!!! The positioning of the villa was also good. On the one hand just a short walk to the glorious beach and on the other quite close to the shops and abundance of fantastic restaurants. Our stay here was enjoyed by everyone and the views from the upstairs terrace were lovely. The owners supplied all relevant information that we found extremely useful and if we decide to come back to this part of Majorca again, I would have no hesitation in booking this Villa. Thankyou

Great place for a family holiday, close to the beach and Restaurants. Nice to stand on the upstairs terrace and see the nice boats.

We had a weeks holiday in the villa Casa L' Estiu and it was perfect. Nobody wanted to come home. The pool is amazing every body loved it. There is plenty of room inside also and even with 10 people we did not feel crowded. The villa is situated just a short walk away from the centre with lots of bars and restaurants. The family keep asking when can we go back. Thank you Diane and Denis for an amazing holiday.

Located a minutes walk from the sea, this villa is stunning. We stayed over May half term, 6 adults, 2 lively kids and a baby. Villa is spacious, all bedrooms are large and air conditioned. The bedrooms are well positioned to give guests a bit of space and privacy, the communal areas are also large. We didn't see the kitchen and bathrooms before the refurb but they are all wonderful now. The kitchen especially is large, plenty of cupboards and work surfaces, a breakfast bar and well stocked with pans, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher etc. The best bits are the outdoor areas. A shaded area with a table tennis table. A decent size grassy area. And a great pool. The photos really don't do the pool area justice. We couldn't keep the kids out of the pool all week. And there's a barbecue and good space for al fresco dining. Cala D'Or is a mellow, family resort. The beaches are beautiful and the water calm and crystal clear. Cala Gran is literally a stones throw away. There are steps into the sea before you hit the sand. You can swim across the calm bay, and the snorkelling off the rocks is fantastic, loads of fish. Denis and Diane were really responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again, and probably will. Highly recommended. I have nothing negative to say.

Really enjoyed our holiday. Never stayed in a villa before but definitely would again. Lovely pool, very clean and good size. Plently of outdoor space around the villa. Back gate opens onto no through road where you find a few steps leading to rocks where people jump into sea. Lovely views across sea and beach. Walking distamce to town and not far to beatiful Marina. Villa well equipped and bedrooms well spaced out. So ideal for families or 4 couples. Would definitely recommend.

Villa perfect. Well kept and clean. Everything was there that was needed, swimming pool excellent and again well looked after. Lots of room in the villa and with five adults and two 3 year olds we had plenty of room and all bedrooms en suite which was great. Only comment would be that TV was so difficult to use and so no tv for the week, ok for us but maybe not fir others. Also hair dryer def needs to be replaced as held together with duck tape! Cala D'or beautiful area and lots if lovely bars and restaurants to suit all needs. We thoroughly recommend the villa and would certainly be going back.

The villa was easy to find and was in a great location for restaurants and the beach at Cala D'or. Very spacious inside but as other visitors have stated, in need of some TLC which is coming before next summer I believe. Bedrooms were large and the air conditioning certainly was required to keep them cool and sleep at night. We had the top bedroom opening out onto the roof terrace and the bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace is huge and was great for breakfast in the morning sun. Also offers fantastic views down to Cala Gran cove which was an amazing place to spend a morning but I would advise getting there early to find a space on the beach. If you treasure your personal space then maybe not the beach for you in high season! The highlight of the villa for us was the pool area. This is where we spent the majority of our days and a lot of time during those days! It was great during the day for sunbathing while the kids spent most of the time in the excellent pool. So did the adults when it got too hot to sunbathe and that was a lot of the time! During the afternoon and evening the outdoor seating was great for sundowners and we lost track of time sat there enjoying the weather and the setting drinking homemade cocktails! WiFi was excellent in the villa and I was able to stream a conference training call I had to take while on holiday. Overall a very nice location and accommodation and I look froward to visiting again to see the improvements to the villa!
