“Our family holiday”

The villa was spacious and clean, very well equipped kitchen etc, just a few negatives, one was the water butt attached to air con, really should set up a watering system from that for the pots, as when it overflows it runs down the patio and down the steps, which I might add have no handrails particularly the steps to the lower level from the pool, this makes the area like a skating rink very very slippery, I slipped over on the steps it was very painful, thank goodness it was me and not one of the grand children, I was rather battered and bruised, still suffering now. The burglar alarm was annoying to say the least no information in the pack about this, did not even realise we had one until it kept going off while we were out, it was because of low battery we removed the batteries, blooming thing kept going off even when batteries were removed apparently so we were told by the managing agent, frustrating. The lower level apartment only had aircon in the bedrooms, really was needed in the lounge as well, as our daughter in law was roasting when up at night feeding the baby so not to disturb anyone else, the apartment also had a very damp smell all the time it was quite offensive. The pool does need maintenance as has very sharp pieces which one of our grand daughters cut herself on, also quite a few broken tiles on the bottom need sorting, the pool also goes very deep suddenly which is quite dangerous I think, it would be better to be a more even depth the whole of the pool. We did have a fantastic holiday though, if these issues are sorted it would be a perfect place to stay..

“Everything you need for a wonderful holiday!”

Casa Rio is a fantastic spacious villa with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. It was perfectly clean and much bigger than we were expecting. We were a family of 8 with ages ranging from 62 down to 16. There was something for everyone - the fantastic pool, a pool table, table tennis and a games room with games consoles. The villa is a 15-20 minute walk into town downhill so the walk back could be challenging in very hot weather but taxis are available at about 5-6 euros. If we returned we would probably hire a car to explore the local area and for shopping as we ate in quite a lot as the outside kitchen area made that so easy. Danielle was so helpful, meeting us on arrival and allowing us to stay for an extra 2 hours on our last day. A great holiday - we would definitely come back,

“Excellent would highly recommend”

We stayed at this villa from 10th to 17th July 2016 and it was truly wonderful. It was immaculately clean and had everything you would need. Our party consisted of Grandparents, daughter, grandsons, sons and girlfriends and we all agree it was magnificent. Moraira itself is a lovely place and ate at some really good restaurants, fish, tapas and general they were all good. Would like to come back some day..

“Excellent séjour!”

Maison au calme, cosy, bien équipée et confortable. Tout pour se sentir comme à la maison, les loisirs en plus! ( piscine très agréable, spa, billard et table de ping-pong). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Moraira est une station à taille humaine avec plusieurs criques magnifiques. Je recommande vivement!
