Casa rafael is a truly fantastic villa, I would even say it has a wow factor!!!. Me and my family have relatives who live in Moraira, so have visited many times and stayed in many different villas over the last 12 years, and none of the villas we have stayed in are of the same standard as Casa rafael. The private "heated" pool is an added bonus especially if you have younger children and are visiting out of high peak season. The villa has sea views and is very close to the centre of Moraira, (less than 5 mins in the car), as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy. A car is desirable but not essential if you are able to manage hills. Overall a really lovely villa which having never done before would consider booking a second time. My only gripe would be the drive which is very steep and unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to use so had to park my car on the street, which isn't very wide. Still an excellent villa.
