The price includes all taxes. Due to the large amount of air conditioning, Electricity will be invoiced based on actual use with 25cts/kwh rate. We recommend not to let the AC units on all day to limit the cost.. Picture of begining and end meter will be provided. The electricity bill will be around 30€ to 80€ with a reasonable use of the air conditioning (ie not letting the 9 units on all days with the windows open). Since we have adopted this formula tenants have shown to be more responsible and environmentally friendly. :-) Note that the watter is heated with a solar panel so the electricity is only linked to the extend of the use of the air conditioning. Cleaning: flat fee of 240€/stay (includes 120€ cleaning for the two floors, the garden, outside bar & kitchens, and 10€/bed for towels and linen change and cleaning). The villa will be cleaned before your stay and you are expected to hand over the property in good conditions (we will take care of finalising the cleaning to make it perfect for the next travellers).
