We are legally registered with Ibiza Tourist Authorities ( #2014060896 ) so our prices include all taxes & fees so no surprises when you get here ! . Also we are in euros NOT £s so now about 25% cheaper than £s. Parents + up to 2 infants get 2-Guest rate. Cot may be requested when booking. Deposit is 30% of 1 week Booking, & 20% of 2 week bookings . Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival but may be paid in euros on arrival, together with a 100 euros p.p.( min 300 e) security deposit which is returned on departure (less any breakages or excess cleaning... hopefully none). Unlike most Villas our HIGH season tariff INCLUDES bedroom air conditioning at night so you don't pay at checkout, Full details of the many local facilities, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, telephone numbers of services and advice etc are contained in the villa notes book.
