+ The hot and cold air-conditioning is optional and will be charged at £75 per week. + Security deposit (£300) payable with final balance payment. + No hen or stag parties. If all guests are under 35 years of age there will be an extra security deposit of £100 per guest paid in cash on arrival. If the villa is returned in the same condition as it is handed over then the deposit will be returned in full. + Villa available from 4pm on day of arrival. Villa to be vacated by 10am on morning of departure. + NO SMOKING VILLA - ash trays are provided for guests to smoke outside.
