Villa is situated in a quiet road just a few hundred metres from the local restaurants and shops, lovely sea views from the roof terrace. Property would benefit from a little work on some of the doors and shutters which are tired.

We were very disappointed with this villa. Having paid over £2200 for a weeks booking we expected more. The furnishings were tired an dated. It was not particularly clean. The owners obviously had a cat and there were cat hairs (lots!) on the cushions and chairs. The outside area, although looked nice, was cluttered with ladders, pots, etc... not for use by holiday makers but obviously belonged to the people who owned the villa. It felt like we were staying in someones home. The outside furniture was also dated and in some cases scruffy. Location was great- near shops and beach. Cala Egos is beautiful. Had I paid less for the villa I would not have as disappointed but it was just not worth the money.
