“Schlechtestes Ferienhaus, das wir jemals gebucht haben”

Reviewed 4 Jul 2017

“Perfect little Villa”

We had an amazing holiday at the Green Palms villa. The villa feels secluded but not isolated. Shop is close by. We hired a car and used it to travel to local beaches. At night if we were dining out we got a taxi to Alcudia Port which was lovely. We spent many evenings enjoying the garden and the BBQ. There were a few minor issues with the villa that the very friendly owners sorted immediately. The children loved the pool, the garden and the goats. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

“Totally relaxing and lovely villa”

This villa is lovely. Spacious, decent size pool and big garden area. It may only be a one bed but it’s a good size villa with large living area and kitchen. We ate out half of the time and used the bbq for other evening meals. There are lots of good restaurants, but it’s so relaxing at the villa you may want a lazy evening. The villa is right on the edge of the town as you head inland. Check google maps from its listing. It is around 2kms to the port and you would not walk it with little kids. I would recommend hiring a car as the supermarket is a reasonable walk which would be annoying without it. Plus you can then visit other resorts, drive to nice beaches and scare yourself driving the coastal route to the lighthouse. If the world was smaller I would return to this villa without question. Whilst it is a little out of the town you get a nice villa with lots of space. Slight annoyances but not enough to stop you booking- Agents should take credit card payments to give us peace of mind. Bank transfer requests are a worry. However, Tolo (the agent), took the balance payment in cash on arrival. The fridge could be colder. A welcome pack would be useful with basic information. Getting a taxi to the villa was irritating. Ask the agent Gabriel to give you Toni’s number and to let Toni know you will be using his service. He knows where the villa is which most taxis did not.

“Relaxing stay in a lovely villa”

The property is very like the photos on the internet and we were met by Gabriel who welcomed us to the villa. The grounds are spacious and well kept. Although the villa is well used, the property is extremely comfortable and we were sorry we hadn't booked two weeks instead of one! Plenty crockery in the kitchen. My only recommendation would be to have a welcome pack containing washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and washing cloth as a starter kit to enable guests to keep the villa clean. All in all we had a fabulous lazy holiday which was just what we needed.
