We had a wonderful holiday. Booked as Villa Sandra. We stayed in October with two couples with 6 children between us. The Villa is comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated and within walking distance of two small beaches, small coves (calas); Cala d'Or and Cala Esmeralda. The beaches are pretty but surrounded by hotels and apartments and very small and quite busy when we stayed in October, can imagine them being very crowded in the summer months. The sand is soft and the water was very clear and calm. The terrace (living room and kitchen level) doesn't have a barrier or fencing before a quite large drop. Not ideal with 1 and 2yr olds running and crawling around. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses , lighting is good and there are bed-side tables. We would suggest practical hooks and shelves and/or suitcase stand/luggage racks in bedrooms. In the upstairs bedroom for example there is a built in wardrobe with rod only (no shelves) but no hangers. Be aware if you plan to stay that the essentials will not be provided. We arrived to find no toilet paper in many of the bathrooms and no spare bin bags. The roof terrace has great views and could do with some furniture (there is none). I would rate this villa as good.

3 of the 7 days of our holiday we had no air con. Day 4 the air con was repaired but only 3 of the 5 rooms was working properly. The electricity kept going off so do pack a torch so you can find the trip switches. The jacuzzi had to be turned off because of the electricity. All in all we were very disappointed. The location is beautiful and the villa would have been great if everything had of been working properly.

- Villa liegt in einer sehr zentralen, ruhigen Lage in Cala d'or - zu Fuß alles erreichbar in ca. 5 min. (Restaurants, Bars, Strand, Shopping, Supermarkt) - die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat Stil und es ist alles sauber - Pool und Außenbereich ist sehr schön - Meerblick von der oberen Terasse - Putzfrau kommt alle 2 Tage und fragt ob sie was putzen soll oder ob wir frische Handtücher brauchen - zum Kochen bzw. Grillen ist alles da (div. Pfannen, Töpfe, Nudelsieb, usw. -> es ist alles machbar) - man könnte die Villa mit ein paar Bilder an den Wänden und auf der oberen Terasse mit ein paar Pflanzen und einem kleinen Tisch mit zwei Sessel noch etwas aufpolieren! - einziges Fazit, unser Jacuzzi funktionierte leider nicht, wir waren in dieser Saison die ersten Gäste und das wurde leider nicht zeitgerecht überprüft, ein Teil vom Festland wurde benötigt und dieses kam erst an unserem Abreisetag! Wir würden die Villa aber jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Ansonsten

Great family holiday, with ages ranging from 1 yr to 75 yrs. Pool and villa clean with most things you would need. Teenagers loved the hot tub and table tennis. We could walk to all local coves, shops and restaurants. The management company responded quickly, when we asked for another key to be made available.
