We stayed at this villa for May Half term 4 adults 4 children. A lot of room for us all to sleep comfy. When we arrived at the property Vanessa the person who showed us around only showed us the basics like bed bathroom. Nothing about how anything works. We arrived late about 12 midnight and with 2 small toddlers too. We was waiting at the villa for 45 mins before Vanessa arrived. When we checked there was no welcome pack available like milk tea sugar the essentials needed especially as we arrived so late. This is key to staying in villas as we've stayed at villas before and all have left welcome packs to see you through till you get to find your way around yourself. Apart from the Hungary night and the next day seeing the views from daylight was great. Everything within walking distance. Lots of space and play house in garden for children to play and was secure too for small children. The pool was lovely and warm. We had an issue with one of the showers and toilet but the handy man came and fixed it within minutes of us ringing them. The location was great had a train / bus that stopped right outside the villa to take you to le arenal and that was nice too. Overall the villa and location was great to stay at Just the welcome pack and a little more help from Vanessa and would of been perfect. She did take one my father in law out to find a shop tho which was nice.
