This villa is located directly at the waterfront with a nice view to the blue by clear water of the port of Portopetro close to Cala D'Or. There are 4 bedrooms with direct view to the sea and two with view to the street. All of them have a separate bathroom with shower. The Swimmingpool is quite large and from the garden there is a small path to a ladder that allows you to access the sea from the stones. Swimming is nice but there is unfortunately no sandy beach close by. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a dish washing and a normal washing machine available. There are also 2 very large fridges. However the furniture and equipment is from IKEA, so not very luxurious but it fits the purpose. There is a grill built in on the first floor on the balcony. Overall the villa offers a lot of space at a nice location but without a beach. It is a quite old house but well maintained and you will not miss anything. For the price I would expect a little more but you pay for the view. 4 stars but certainly not 5.
