The pictures on the website are 100% accurate and the house is beautiful. It is fully equipped with everything you need for the stay. It is in the centre of Sa Pobla which is a typical small Spanish town. There are plenty of English speakers in the shops an in the restaurants but this is NOT a place that suits people who want a Sunday roast and English beer (which we certainly didn't) ! !. If you want to enjoy a holiday that is based around Spanish people and Spanish customs this is ideal. Having said that, Alcudia and Port de Pollensa are only an easy drive away so you have both worlds available. The house is in the centre of town so is near plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. This also means that you are in a busy place so don't expect 100% peace all day. We loved the buzz though. The streets are narrow so choose the smallest car that you can fit in. Parking is fine once you work out how it all operates - we parked 20m from the house every day. The owner is anxious to lease and lives nearby. The agents were helpful too. Two tiny downsides - no air con so hot at peak times and the sun beds were not very comfortable although there were loads of them. The ultimate test is would we come back? Absolutely yes
