This is truly a great villa, modern and well equipped from the kitchen to the wine cellar. You will not find a better view, completely unobstructed from the pool deck, balconies, and from many areas inside the villa. The location is very good, a few minutes drive into the heart of Javea where there is every restaurant imaginable. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance (15 minutes) from the villa, one an Italian/pizza looked good and was always busy. There are many steps (inside and out) and a low rail around the pool deck so I would not recommend this villa for those with small children or the elderly. We had a great stay, enjoyed the villa and the area!
