We arrived after collecting the Keys at the office near the airport. The broadband box they give you don't even bother with it, use the one on the shelf opposite the TV. When we arrived we checked off against the inventory and noticed several things we rung SUYT and they said they would get back to me, they never did. I have since sent them 3 emails and rung twice and they have never got back to me. The front 2 plates on the hob do not work, we can only use the back 2 plates to cook. The awning in the front for the decking does not work. when we arrived at the property there were cat faeces all over the grass, that had clearly been sitting there for several days. the decking in several places is collapsing, making this quite unsafe for the children and we have had 2 near misses of their feet getting stuck. The property had not been cleaned very well and there were glass rings on the table, clearly they had not even been wiped, outside furniture has Staines and rips on the material. I would certainly not stay here again and die the price we paid it was totally over charged. Pity and port Adriano is such a beautiful place on the island. The management company are useless except when it comes to charging you. There are plenty other more beautiful villas in Mallorca.

This villa looked great in photos but I'm afraid it wasn't. First of all you had to collect keys from an office near airport. Sign the lease and inventory and hand over 150 euros in cash for final cleaning. Which wouldn't have been so bad but the villa wasn't clean when we got there. The inventory was a joke you couldn't check it as what was written on had no bearing as to what was actually in the villa. There was no toaster, the mugs for tea and coffee were unusable. The bed linen and towels were clean so that was a plus. The outside area around the pool was in need of some attention. Also there should have been 8 sun loungers, there was five, two were broken which left 3 for five people. The pool had no shallow end so not suitable for young children. We complained and they sent cleaners and also the owners appeared with a toaster and the promise of new sun loungers which were delivered two days before we left. This could be a very nice villa but needs some upgrading before it can be called a High Standard Villa
